The watch is not in working condition, it need a repair and strap.
It is Hallmark Habmann on the dial and on the back. There is a serial number and 14K mark on the back of the watch.

The pendant measures 1 x 2 1/4″ and suspends from 16 inch long 14 karat white gold chain necklace that secures with a lobster clasp.

Pendant is marked with 14K, 585, chain is also marked with 14K.
